In this project, we added a second storey to an existing Scarborough bungalow. This project started mid January 2020, and although we were hit with Covid a few months in, we were able to complete the project by mid July - just under 6 months! In this project, we took an old bungalow and gave it some dramatic flair by creating 10ft cathedral ceiling and raising the ceiling height in the basement.
